We want you to be happy with Ezywiper and our products. So if something isn’t going right, get in touch, and we’ll make sure it’s sorted.
You can read our full warranty here, but here’s the nuts and bolts of it.
1-year product warranty
Ezywiper blades have a 1-year product warranty so if there is any sort of physical defect within 1 year of delivery, just send us a photo showing the problem, and we’ll replace the blades, or refund you if you’d prefer.
If your new wipers are squeaking, smearing or streaking, please give both the wipers and your windscreen a thorough clean with warm water, most of the time that’s all that’s needed. But if it doesn’t help, we’ll replace your blades, or give you a refund if you’d prefer.
We guarantee our blades will fit perfectly so we offer an EZYFIT Guarantee. If the blades do not fit the specified vehicle and we can’t remedy the issue we’ll refund you in full.
We’re also happy to organise a replacement or refund if the wiper blades arrive damaged or are lost in transit.
We don’t provide refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong product or provide the wrong delivery address. Delivery delays from the courier are sadly outside our control (as much as we wish they weren’t) so we don’t offer refunds for delayed delivery.
