How much does shipping cost?
Shipping via tracked courier is FREE with every order over $40. Small orders under $40 are shipped by flat rate tracked courier.
Orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse direct to you.
How do I track my order?
We ship New Zealand wide using Courier Post so you can easily track your order online.
The easiest option is to click on the link in the email you received from us when your order was dispatched. Or, just enter the number provided on your order here: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking. You can locate your tracking number within the confirmation email from your order.
Can I pick up my wipers?
Currently we don’t offer customer pick up. But shipping is fast and free, New Zealand wide.
Will my wipers arrive safely?
We use custom designed packaging that will keep your wiper blades safe and happy on their way to you.
When will I get my order?
We want to get your wipers to you promptly. Orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse direct to you. If you place your order by 10am our warehouse team will usually dispatch the same business day.
Delivery is via Courier Post. Their target is overnight business day delivery to main centres. Please allow extra days for delivery outside main centres.
We do our very best to dispatch the orders within usual timeframes but delivery times are an estimate and delays can happen, especially around peak times or holiday periods.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently our website is set up to ship to New Zealand only. But please get in touch with us if you live outside New Zealand and we’ll be pleased to help if we can.
